Recently you may have heard some chatter about FlexiSPY being used as an anti-cheating app by couples.
The piece we were mentioned in was published on The Guardian, and it gave insight into which apps people are going to when their significant other’s are being suspicious.
First off, kudos to author Angelina Chapin who for the story, surveyed real people that were in relationships. As a result of her discussions, she named FlexiSPY as a go to tool for many suspicious partners. Her article also brought to light a few neat services that we didn’t know about, like a startup company that promises to find out when your gf/bf’s Tinder profile was last active – pretty cool!Couples do not snoop on one another because they are unethical monsters. They snoop to get tangible proof of their suspicionsClick To Tweet
There are many insightful quotes in the article that spoke to us -albeit we don’t necessarily agree with all of them. Here’s one that we thought gave an interesting perspective on snooping:
“Couples do not snoop on one another because they are unethical monsters. They snoop to get tangible proof of their suspicions. Any therapist or good friend will tell you it’s better to talk to your partner in person than install an app that tracks their location, but if the answer to “are you cheating on me?” is “no”, it can be tough to accept the denial and move on. Doubt can be as powerful as certainty.”
The article also touches on legality issues, calling FlexiSPY “controversial.” So now is as good time as any to again inform people that monitoring laws vary around the world vary, and before using any monitoring app, you should familiarize yourself with those laws.
For the general reader, we would like to emphasise that a condition of purchasing FlexiSPY is that you not use FlexiSPY for anything illegal.
Since we are on the topic of who uses monitoring apps, we invite everyone to have a read on one of our more recent blog posts which was written by a Private detective who actually uses FlexiSPY (click here to read the post)
