{"id":11638,"date":"2015-09-02T17:29:09","date_gmt":"2015-09-02T10:29:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.flexispy.com\/?p=11638"},"modified":"2021-11-01T11:58:12","modified_gmt":"2021-11-01T04:58:12","slug":"how-to-change-your-flexispy-user-id-and-password","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.flexispy.com\/ar\/how-to-change-your-flexispy-user-id-and-password\/","title":{"rendered":"How To Change Your FlexiSPY User ID and Password"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>It&#8217;s one of the more common questions we get asked &#8220;How can&nbsp;I change my FlexiSPY User ID or Password?&#8221; Luckily, it&#8217;s not that hard to do, and if you follow through this short tutorial, you&#8217;ll be up and running with your new login creds in no time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting Started<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1 &#8211; Head over to your account settings:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your account settings&nbsp;are located near the bottom of your dashboard, but incase you are unable to find it, you can click on the link below<br><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.flexispy.com\/main.php#\/account\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/portal.flexispy.com\/main.php#\/account<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Step&nbsp;2 &#8211; changing your user id:<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Next to the field labeled <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">User ID<\/span><\/em> there is a button that says <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Edit<\/span><\/em> which you&#8217;ll want to click.<\/li><li>In the box with your current User ID, highlight it and then enter in&nbsp;the username&nbsp;you desire.&nbsp;Make sure you write it down somewhere incase you forget it&nbsp;on a later date.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Finally, you&#8217;ll need to enter in your current password before you can save the changes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3 &#8211; changing your password:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Next to the field labeled <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Password<\/span><\/em> there is a button that says <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Edit<\/span><\/em> which you&#8217;ll want to click.<\/li><li>After clicking <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Edit<\/span><\/em>&nbsp;the&nbsp;<em>Edit Your&nbsp;Password<\/em> module will appear.<\/li><li>Enter your current password into the field called <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Current Password<\/em><\/span><\/li><li>Enter the new password you&#8217;d like into the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>New Password<\/em><\/span> field. Then confirm the password within&nbsp;the&nbsp;<em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Confirm New Password<\/span><\/em> field below.
