{"id":11638,"date":"2015-09-02T17:29:09","date_gmt":"2015-09-02T10:29:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.flexispy.com\/?p=11638"},"modified":"2026-06-29T11:00:18","modified_gmt":"2026-06-29T04:00:18","slug":"how-to-change-your-flexispy-user-id-and-password","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.flexispy.com\/ar\/how-to-change-your-flexispy-user-id-and-password\/","title":{"rendered":"How To Change Your FlexiSPY User ID and Password"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s one of the more common questions we get asked &#8220;How can&nbsp;I change my FlexiSPY User ID or Password?&#8221; Luckily, it&#8217;s not that hard to do, and if you follow through this short tutorial, you&#8217;ll be up and running with your new login creds in no time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting Started<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 1 &#8211; Head over to your account settings:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your account settings\u00a0are located near the bottom of your dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>Step&nbsp;2 &#8211; changing your user id:<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Next to the field labeled <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">User ID<\/span><\/em> there is a button that says <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Edit<\/span><\/em> which you&#8217;ll want to click.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the box with your current User ID, highlight it and then enter in\u00a0the username\u00a0you desire.\u00a0Make sure you write it down somewhere incase you forget it\u00a0on a later date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Finally, you&#8217;ll need to enter in your current password before you can save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3 &#8211; changing your password:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Next to the field labeled <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Password<\/span><\/em> there is a button that says <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Edit<\/span><\/em> which you&#8217;ll want to click.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After clicking <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Edit<\/span><\/em>\u00a0the\u00a0<em>Edit Your\u00a0Password<\/em> module will appear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your current password into the field called <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Current Password<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the new password you&#8217;d like into the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>New Password<\/em><\/span> field. Then confirm the password within\u00a0the\u00a0<em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Confirm New Password<\/span><\/em> field below.
