{"id":10890,"date":"2015-04-17T14:45:42","date_gmt":"2015-04-17T07:45:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.flexispy.com\/?p=10890"},"modified":"2016-11-14T16:02:10","modified_gmt":"2016-11-14T09:02:10","slug":"how-to-root-the-droid-razr-m","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.flexispy.com\/fr\/how-to-root-the-droid-razr-m\/","title":{"rendered":"How To Root The Droid Razr M"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[hoops name=\u00a0\u00bbRooting Guides Are No Longer Maintained\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>This guide will show you how to root the popular Droid Razr M phone from Motorola.<\/p>\n<p><em>Disclaimer: FlexiSPY is not responsible for rooting the Android device in any way.\u00a0 Before performing any of these steps make sure you back up your Android device completely.\u00a0Rooting is done entirely by you at your own risk.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>What is needed to root the Droid Razr M?<\/h2>\n<p>In order to root the Droid Razr M you will need the following.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Droid Razr M you want to root in your hand.<\/li>\n<li>A PC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Step 1 \u2013 Download the USB drivers for the Droid Razr M to your PC<\/h2>\n<p>In order for your PC to recognize the Droid Razr Mas part of the rooting process you first must download and install the USB drivers on to your PC.<\/p>\n<p>You can download the USB drivers for the Droid Razr M from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.droidviews.com\/android-usb-drivers-samsung-motorola-sony-lg-zte-htc-asus-huawei-acer\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have downloaded them run the main program file to make sure the drivers are installed.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 2 \u2013 Download the Droid Razr M root file<\/h2>\n<p>You need to download a root file first to root the Droid Razr M.<\/p>\n<p>You can download the file from <a href=\"http:\/\/forum.xda-developers.com\/showpost.php?p=48392009&amp;postcount=1\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Save it to an easy to find location on your PC such as your desktop and extract it to its own folder.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 3 \u2013 Enable USB debugging on the Droid Razr M<\/h2>\n<p>In order for your PC to recognise the Droid Razr M when you plug it in to perform rooting you must first enable USB debugging on the phone itself.\u00a0 This is done by doing the following.<\/p>\n<p>Go to <em>Settings&gt; Developer options<\/em> on your phone and enable <strong>USB Debugging.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Step 4 \u2013 Root the Droid Razr M<\/h2>\n<p>Now that you have downloaded the root file to your PC and installed the USB drivers for the device and enabled USB debugging on the device it is time to root the device.<\/p>\n<p>Simply connect the device to your PC using the USB cable and tap <strong>OK <\/strong>on the device when prompted.<\/p>\n<p>On your PC browse to the folder from step 2 you extracted the root file to and run the <strong>install.bat <\/strong>file and then follow the steps that appear to root the device.<\/p>\n<p>Once the device is rooted it will reboot and you will now see the SuperSU icon which shows that the device has been successfully rooted and you can disconnect it from your PC.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[hoops name=\u00a0\u00bbRooting Guides Are No Longer Maintained\u00a0\u00bb] This guide will show you how to root the popular Droid Razr M phone from Motorola.
