Step 1 – Log into your FlexiSPY dashboard.

Step 2 – Click the Control Center tab.

Step 3 – Click Feature Controls

Step 4 – Click the Get Installed Apps button

Step 5 – Click the Get Installed Apps Now button when prompted

Step 6 – Confirmation will appear that the command was sent successfully.

you’ll need to wait for the application data to be captured. it’ll then be uploaded to your dashboard

Step 7 – View the list of currently installed applications. Click the Apps tab and then click Show All.

The Development Process

When creating spying software for Android there are two elements our dev’s have to consider.

1. What features work on a phone that is not rooted (e.g. any Android phone from a store).
2. What features work on a phone that is rooted (e.g. an Android phone modified after purchase).

Usually on an unmodified Android phone the very basics of our spying features are possible;

Capturing contacts, SMS, MMS, GPS, Media (images, audio, video,) and capturing browser history.

But it’s when an Android phone has been rooted that FlexiSPY can really get creative and useful.
If rooted, we can capture Facebook, LINE, WeChat, Listen in on their phone calls, listen to their phone surroundings, and so much more.

It Takes Time

Unfortunately it takes a lot longer to get features working on a rooted platform than on a non-rooted one, and Android devices, especially the most popular ones (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S4) need to be rooted when running on the latest OS version.

One handset may be rooted immediately after it is launched.
Another may take weeks.
Some may take months.

We just have to keep our eyes on the rooting community to see which handsets are the first to be rooted and then we start from there – we also let you know via our social media when the newest roots are out, so follow us!

Step 6 – Click and drag the slider to set the duration of recording (from 5 minutes up to 60 minutes only)

Step 7 – Click Start Ambient Recording Now.

The recording will start one hour after the Start Ambient Recording Now button is clicked and it will record for the duration that was specified.

Please remember that the time it then takes to upload the recording to your FlexiSPY dashboard depends on the internet connection speed on their Android smartphone so it may take time.

Step 8 – To listen to the recording once it is uploaded click AudioRecordings and then click Ambient.

Step 9 – The ambient recording file will be listed.

Step 10 – Click Download To Download The File To Your Computer To Listen To

Step 11 – The Recording Will Start To Play On Your Computer.
