Before performing any of these steps make sure you back up your Android device completely.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>What do you need to root the Micromax A102?<\/h2>\n<p>In order to root the Micromax A102 you will need the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Micromax A102 you wish to root in your hand<\/li>\n<li>A PC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Step 1 \u2013 Download and copy Framaroot to the Micromax A102<\/h2>\n<p>Rooting the phone is done using Framaroot which you can get from <a href=\"http:\/\/forum.xda-developers.com\/apps\/framaroot\/root-framaroot-one-click-apk-to-root-t2130276\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Save the file to your computer in an easy to find location on your PC<\/p>\n<p>You now need to copy Framaroot on to the phone which is done as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Connect the Micromax A102 to Your PC<\/p>\n<p>Copy the file you downloaded onto the phone in an easy to find location such as the downloads folder.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 2 \u2013 Root the Micromax A102<\/h2>\n<p>You can now install Framaroot on the phone and root it.
